Delivery Information

MM Chandy & Co. aim for complete satisfaction and while the vast majority of all our customers are highly satisfied with the products they receive. We offer only one mode of order fulfilment ie; cash on delivery. Kindly note that MM Chandy & Co. don't deliver tyres to your home. You should visit our main tyre store to buy the new tyre after checkout from our website. 

You can pickup or get your items fitted at our fitment location. Items that are picked up or fitted at our locations can take anywhere between 4 to 48 hours before the items can be provisioned. The payment can be made with cash only. The tyre will only be fitted and released once payment has cleared. We do not currently offer installments. 

If there's a delay between us providing a quote and a customer initiating payment, it's possible the item/s has sold. Prior to payment being initiated, kindly confirm the order with us so we can temporarily reserve it for 24 hours. Once payment is initiated, the order is secured.

Items are supplied within 48 hours of payment being received. When the order arrives in our tyre store, one of our agents will phone on the number provided by you to confirm the collection timings.
